Prices, packages, and service descriptions on the Site, in our ads, or in our emails can change without notice. They are not an offer to sell. A price or package is binding only when it appears in a Statement of Work signed by both parties.

Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, ad platform changes, your pricing, your sales process, and your budget. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, lead volume, sales, revenue, or return on investment.
Case studies and results on the Site describe what happened for specific businesses. Some describe work our founder performed before Copper Springs Digital was formed. Past results do not predict your results, and your results may be different.
4. Consultations and Audits
Free consultations, audits, and proposals are offered with no obligation to buy. Any recommendations we give during a consultation are general opinions based on the information you share. You decide whether and how to act on them.
5. Text Messaging Terms

THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER A SIGNED CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Copper Springs Digital and Landis Holdings Inc. against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable attorney fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us in writing and try to resolve the dispute informally for thirty (30) days. If that does not resolve it, the state and federal courts located in or serving El Paso County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to them.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.
